Your relationship with our practice begins before you even walk through our doors. Our team follows a careful phone protocol to gather initial information and answer your questions, ensuring your first visit runs smoothly. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted and made to feel at home in our positive and welcoming environment. We ask new practice members to come as they are, no special clothing required.

Your first appointment typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes because we don’t cut corners when it comes to understanding your health needs. You’ll start by watching a brief introductory video about chiropractic care, then Dr. Bob will conduct a thorough consultation to understand your concerns and health history.
Honest & Clear Communication
Dr. Bob approaches every new practice member with honesty and transparency. If he believes chiropractic care can help you, he’ll explain why and discuss treatment options. If chiropractic isn’t the right fit for your condition, he’ll let you know and guide you toward the care you actually need.
When X-rays are necessary, we can take them on-site for your convenience. Dr. Bob will review the images with you, showing you exactly what he sees and explaining what it means for your health and treatment plan.
Transparent Pricing & Payments
Financial information is clearly outlined on your intake forms before you see Dr. Bob, so there are no surprises about costs. We accept most insurance plans and offer several payment options, including family plans, prepayment plans, and prorated payment arrangements. We accept MasterCard and Visa for your convenience.
Our free consultation policy reflects our confidence in the care we provide. If we can’t help you, there’s no charge for the honest assessment.
